The Nevada is in a prime location right on Long Sands Beach, a surfing and swimming destination with more than a mile of white sand beach.
The Nevada’s restored design will maintain the property’s distinctive U-shape, originally built by a World War II veteran to resemble The USS Nevada battleship, as well as its 1950s art deco aesthetic, while adding modern detailing, including luxe suites with vast private terraces and 180 degree views of the ocean.
The property will comprise 21 boutique bedrooms, as well as a new surf school and a restaurant called Lulu’s Tiki & Tacos.
