Kristin Ferris, originally from New England, has embraced the coastal life in Kure Beach, North Carolina since her family relocated there in 1995. With a background in event planning and a deep-rooted love for home design and architecture, Kristin transitioned into real estate to help clients achieve their housing dreams.

A proud graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Kristin enjoys collegiate football and is a devoted aunt to her 17-year-old twin nieces. When she's not exploring the beach or local shops, she loves cooking for family and friends, often preparing her famous tortellini sausage soup or a seafood boil.

Active in community service, Kristin is involved with the Cape Fear Realtors Community Affairs Committee and the WARM NC Gala Committee. As part of The Butch Saunders Team at Re/Max Essential in Wilmington, NC, Kristin is dedicated to making your dream home a reality.
