Mangiare opened in 2013 in a small store in the beautiful mountain town of Minturn, Colorado, located just south of Vail. 

Owned and operated by first-generation Italians from the Friuli region of Northern Italy, Mangiare takes pride in selecting and offering only authentic, delicious, high-quality products delivered directly from Italy.
