The Flap Jack Shack features a casual, affordable menu which highlights made-from-scratch flap jacks, oven baked pancakes, classic egg dishes and original Flap Jack Shack favorites. Our newly-remodeled, family-friendly property seats over 240 people and uses fresh, local ingredients when and where possible. All of our menu items are affordably priced under $10.
