The Barrel House Tasting Room, 2653 Waterbury Stowe Rd., Waterbury Center, VT, open for tastings and purchase of spirits and gifts daily from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.   A father/son partnership, Smugglers' Notch Distillery uses the finest ingredients blended with pristine Vermont spring water to make, barrel age, blend, and hand-bottle remarkably distinctive, award-winning spirits one small batch at a time. Visit our tasting room and let us educate you on the craft distilling process as well as our own spirits, which include vodkas (Original, Gluten-Free, and Moroccan Rose & Grapefruit), gins (802 Blend, Hopped, and Maple Gin), whiskeys (Straight Bourbon, Maple Bourbon, and Rye), rum, and cream liqueurs (Maple Cream and Bourbon Maple Cream).
