Cappelletti Restaurant a casual establishment with some of the best homemade food on the East End of Long Island. Chef Luigi Tagliasacchi grew up in the restaurant business, learning the business from his father, Achille  "Jack" Tagliasacchi.

In his early twenties Luigi ventured to Italy to enhance his cooking skills. Luigi and his wife, Robin, are the originators of the Focaccia Sandwich. Their idea was born out one of Robin's test kitchens in the early 90s and has inspired numerous imitators across the nation. The restaurant is located 3284 Noyac Road in Sag Harbor.
