Located in the idyllic natural setting along the Piscataqua River in beautiful downtown Portsmouth, the Prescott Park Arts Festival (PPAF) is an anchor arts organization, presenting a 10-week summer season of family-friendly programming, including music festivals & concerts, a film series, dance, children’s events, education and productions and a signature musical theatre event. The 2024 Main Stage musical theatre feature is Legally Blonde The Musical, which opens June 21st. The signature theatre education program, “Camp Encore!” will also present productions by young people aged 7-17. More than 150,000 attendees visit the festival each season and it’s donation model ensures that everyone can experience high-quality arts and entertainment in the Seacoast.
