Since the 1950’s, The Modern Snack Bar has evolved from a traditional snack bar with a grill, six counter seats and a pass-through window to today -- a full-service restaurant with two lovely dining rooms that can accommodate up to 125 guests. Their iconic sign was installed in 1956 and has become one of the North Fork’s most famous landmarks.
