Yellow Dog Eats smokes all their craft meats on premises, over apple wood and other natural coals. Fresh field greens, pickled onions and only the highest quality ingredients are used in dishes. An assortment of house-made jams and sauces, including Fish's Famous BBQ sauce (our favorite!), are also jarred and available for sale.
