JR has been Master Brewer for another local restaurant (we all know and love) for five years, and brewing for nine . We are excited to be expanding, and now sharing his award winning brews with our town. Mika is a classically trained culinary artist. She graduated from Escoffier culinary school and was awarded honors for menu design. We can't wait to see you soon!
