Slow & Low’s mission is to combine an exciting atmosphere with excellent food. We specialize in slow cooked hickory smoked pork, chicken, beef, turkey, St. Louis style ribs and babyback ribs. Also, featured is smoked prime rib, hand carved steaks, specialty sandwiches and seafood. We have many unique appetizers and sides to choose from. All of our food is prepared and cooked daily using only the freshest ingredients.

We get more questions about our name. It’s simple! SLOW: refers to how we cook all our meat; and LOW : refers to the temperature we cook all our meat. We believe in cooking all our products the proper way and not rush to get it done. Unfortunately, sometimes we may be out of one of our meats for a few hours. But, we feel the we would rather be out of the product than to serve something that is inferior to Slow & Low’s standards.
