I meet with women twice a month for one hour for six months to discuss what is going on in their life. What is it they want to change and what is the big "why" they want to change. What is their motivation? We look at all areas of their life and see where we can implement some healthy foods and activities that fit their lifestyle. I work with them and coach them along the way. Women know what they need to do, they know how they feel. No one is listening. I am. I take everything in and help them to work through challenges, celebrate their successes and create goals that are achievable for lasting change. I will offer recommendations for them and help them learn how to lead a healthy life within their values and lifestyle.
