Oklawaha Brewing Company is a nano brewery and tap room committed to brewing high quality beer while maintaining a strong sense of community and environmental responsibility. Oklawaha Brewing Company will be more than a purveyor of great-tasting craft beer. It will also serve as an active community resource that helps feed the local economy and Hendersonville community as a whole by sourcing from local, organic products whenever possible. Oklawaha Brewing Company is dedicated to making small batch, high quality artisanal ales. We will focus on full flavored beers such as west coast IPAs, full bodied stouts and light, bright easy drinkers. Our brew pub offers locally made Roots hummus and encourage guests to bring in food from local restaurants. We will have a tap room with a minimum of 12 rotating taps. We will offer a few flag ship brews, including a bold, dry, west coast style IPA, a coffee stout, and a Berliner weisse. Other taps will be dedicated to seasonally inspired flavors and will at times incorporate produce from local farms. This refers to not only traditional beer ingredients such as hops, barley, wheat, and rye, but fruits, vegetables, spices and additional grains as well.
