When you think of Texas, a few things always come to mind: barbecue, cowboys (both football and the horse riding kind), high school football, and Tex-Mex food.

That’s an Anchorman joke and it might be dated at this point, but sometimes when you’re visiting places, you do want to be somewhere classy. Luckily, when you visit El Paso The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park exists.
