Bro's opened in Cocoa Village in fall 2022, bringing Brazilian flair to burgers, tapas and drinks. It's got an Instagram-worthy wall of greenery and a stage for music and karaoke, but my colleague Rob Landers and I were there for the burgers. We're big fans of the Village Burger, with gorgonzola sauce, baby arugula and red pepper jelly. The sweet pop of the jelly plays nicely with the salty bite of gorgonzola. We also loved the Classic, which is about as perfect a burger as I've ever tried.
