Pie Bird Farm is a 58 acre, 1860's Bucks County farmstead reimagined as a regenerative, community focused farm. We LOVE making scratch pies. We use 100% grass fed organic butter, organic flours and other ingredients and local and organic fruits to make our rustic pies a comfort food delight and a celebration of small farmers and makers. Fallow for many years, as new stewards of the property we are building a gathering place for the community - pick-your-own, classes, workshops, events and opportunities to just enjoy the farm - walking paths, kite flying, pizza nights, movie nights and stargazing.
