Originally built more than 65 years ago, the Pier was rebuilt and reopened in 2019. Slated as North Carolina's highest pier, the Oak Island Pier welcomes residents and visitors every day of the year. From fishing to watching sunrises and sunsets, the Pier is the place to be on Oak Island.
