The Columbine Cafe is a unique breakfast and lunch spot in Breckenridge, serving breakfast and lunch from 7:30am.  Breakfast is served all day.  You'll enjoy waffles, large pancakes, omelets, and eggs benedict.  Come try their famous in-house made corned beef hash.  They also have a full espresso bar.  Lunch is served from 11:30 until close.  Hours are from 7:30am until 1:30pm on weekdays and until 2:30pm on weekends.
