Mushrooms available at The Mushroom Cap include but are not limited to: White, Baby Bella (Crimini), PA grown Shiitake (not Chinese), Oyster, Maitake, and Portabella. We also have a variety of dried mushrooms and fresh local foraged mushrooms when in season.
